I have tried for about 20 minutes now to get the card to scan and I keep getting a message there is a problem no matter how many times I change lighting or angle.

It's typical that I try to capture the card 3-4 times or more. Super frustrating and honestly not something I have time for so needs to be greatly improved for me to keep using the product. Additionally it always skips at least one nutrient because it is unable to read even though I've made sure there is plenty of urine applied to card and no droplets remaining when scanned

When i input my allergies it give me an error - this happen when i first enrolled as well as after my first test it still errored out

Fix take photo manually option

First of my results won't load. Secondly I have to sign in Everytime I open the app which is annoying and I hope this isn't the intended behavior.

Hi I just tried to scan a card and got the error - unable to match card Id to upload id. I tried 3-4 times to rescan but always with the same result.

When you click on any nutrient category such as magnesium, the graph begins at the first test date (for me Feb 8) and you are not able to scroll to the right to see the current results.

4 cards, no results

On the home screen, the upper half of the screen makes no sense to me. Wellness/Energy/Mood/Endurance/sleep those numbers mean nothing...what are they based on, really?
