Sue Engasser:trying mine for the first time and its not scanning either. I have tried for 30 minutes and took a picture of the results. Is there another way i can have the results read instead?

It's 9/2, so there's supposed to be a fix in place. But I've been trying to scan this card for 10 minutes now.
