It's typical that I try to capture the card 3-4 times or more. Super frustrating and honestly not something I have time for so needs to be greatly improved for me to keep using the product. Additionally it always skips at least one nutrient because it is unable to read even though I've made sure there is plenty of urine applied to card and no droplets remaining when scanned

Thank you so much for this feedback! We are currently implementing updates that will enhance the camera capturing ability, which means you should see improvements with this with our latest updates. Also, the app should now prompt for a re-test on your cards, so opt for the option alerting "no/faint red lines" and it gives the card a little bit more time to develop!

Layla Saad: Thank you! I wrote this today after using the latest version and though I did see the updates you mentioned it didn't improve my experience. I waited the extra time for the card to develop and it still didn't seem to make a difference. Looking forward to any further improvements you can make on the scanning reliability. Thank you
