6/15/2021 Update:
If you downloaded our earliest Android App you will need to delete both apps and re-install the most recent version.
The following steps should only take a few moments:
-Delete both Vessel apps from your Android device.
-Download the Vessel App from the Google Play Store.
-Enjoy the newest features available on the updated App.
This will ensure a smooth testing experience by avoiding use of the previous Vessel Android app that is not updated. All existing data will still be fully available in the new current app once downloaded.

Aggressive Scanner

My first test. I tried to position the card, although I think I had it up too close. The scanner quickly took a photo, even though the card wasn't aligned well yet and probably cut it off. The results came back incomplete per the app messaging, only some came through. (One result was very high, concerning to me but not sure if I trust it yet given the issues.) Next one I will try the manual photo option. Edit: This was on a Samsung S10

More Updates Needed

I am disappointed in the number of updates regarding the issues with the apps. I initially tried my card when the Android app was acting up, and then got an update on my app saying it would be fixed. However, I have seen no posts or notifications stating that the app has been fixed. The last tweet is from June; Instagram is intermittent; Facebook has nothing about the app. I have not used my cards because I don't want to waste them.

Problem with Android
Jodi Grisdale
I took my first pee test and It wasn't until during trying to take the photo that I got a pop-up that said there was some sort of android problem that Vessel was dealing with. I already wasted the test and now it has dried out and changed colors. I should get my money back, or at least another test. There was no warning before I pee'd that the photo would not work after or I never would have done it.

It would've been nice to know BEFORE I signed up that your app does not work with Android yet. That's very disappointing and makes me distrust you, unfortunately. Not very good customer service, for sure. You need to do better for all your
Android customers who have trust issue with you now.
