photo retake conflicted with original photo

i took the initial photo of the vessel card.
it uploaded, then the app complained that the vertical strips did not look like they were done, so i should wait for another 3 minute timer and take another photo.
i waited for the timer to finish, then took the photo.
it uploaded, but gave me an error because the card had already been uploaded. it gave me the option to look at the results for the previous upload, so i did that.
the results page it took me to looked fine with the exception of the cortisol reading, which was n/a.
